Returns & Exchanges
We are passionate about putting the right book in the right hands and we do our best to select books that we think you or your recipient will love, but on rare occasions we may miss our target. If you ever receive a book as part of a Just the Right Book gift that you don’t like, or have already read, you can return the book to us for free and we'll exchange it for another selection.
We simply need to hear from you within three weeks of the book's ship date and to know why the book wasn't right (so we can better improve our services in the future!). You can do that either by sending an email to support@justtherightbook.com or by calling our toll-free number: 877-654-5872 (our customer service representatives are available between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday).
Once we hear from you we'll send a postage-paid return label and a replacement book right away!
