If you selected priority or expedited shipping for your order then both you and the recipient may track it.  You must first log-in to your Account or the Recipient Center; any purchase that was made via expedited shipping will show up under "Order Tracking."  If you don't see the option to track an order it means it was not sent via expedited shipping and therefore there is not a tracking option available.  Please note except for the first book in a Series, the remaining books are sent by USPS Media Mail and those shipments are not trackable.

If you choose to personalize the bag with the baby's name it will take an additional 8 business days to complete and ship the order.

After the first book your recipient will receive the remaining books every month, every other month, or three times a year, depending on which program you have purchased for them.

Standard shipping -- which goes via USPS -- takes between 8 - 12 business days.

Priority takes between 6 - 9 business days.

Express takes between 4 - 6 business days.

We ship the first book in the Series within 2 - 4 business days of receiving your order.

All books ship via USPS Media Mail, for arrival within 8 - 12 business days,  unless you select expedited delivery during the checkout process. 

When you choose Priority or Express shipping on a gift of the Series we charge the extra shipping only to the first book.  All the other books in the Series will ship by Standard shipping, and your credit card will be charged accordingly:  expedited shipping charge for the first book, standard shipping for each subsequent book.

Your gift will ship for arrival within 8 to 12 business days of our receiving your order. If you order the Deluxe Baby Library with the personalized bag, we will need an additional 8 business days to ship your order.

Note that the date on which your order is delivered to your recipient will depend on the shipping method you select (e.g. standard, priority, or express overnight).   

We include a hand-written gift announcement (inscribed to your recipient from you) with each Library and with the first book in each Series.  If you wish to create a personalized message (which we will include in the hand-written announcement) you can do that during the checkout process by clicking on the “Gift Message” button  and typing your personal message into the text box.  

Unfortunately at this time we can only ship to addresses in the United States.

Yes, you certainly can. Just select the "Delayed Shipping" option in the Shipping dropdown menu during checkout. You'll be presented with 6 different weeks to choose from -- just select the week you wish your gift to arrive.
